In order to use the Living Awareness website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Living Awareness is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Living Awareness customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references and to assist in our staff development.

Visitors to our website
When someone visits isira.com we make use of the third party services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, AddThis (non-exhaustive list) to collect information and details of visitor behaviour patterns in order to enhance the visitor experience with more meaningful content, for our own statistics and to show you relevant ads on social media.
The collected information which are passed from your browser to the aforementioned services are:
(a) your geo-location data, such as city, region, and country
(b) technical information such as your browser, Operating System, screen resolution
(c) visiting pages, clicks, duration
From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
People who contact us through our website contact forms
When someone contacts us via the contact forms found on our site, we collect their name and e-mail address along with an inquiry message. This information is collected in order to be able to communicate with the visitor in regards to their inquiry. This information is immediately forwarded and stored only by firstname.lastname@example.org through Outlook.
People who subscribe to our newsletter
We use a third party provider, Active Campaign, to deliver our newsletter to our subscribers.
In order to make this possible, we collect the newsletter subscriber’s real name as well their email address and we keep them stored for as long as the newsletter user remains subscribed. Every newsletter sent will also contain unsubscribe instructions by default.
We also gather statistics on email views and clicks using industry standard technologies, including tracking pixels to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.
This information is not shared with any other organisations.
People who contact us via social media
We manage our social media interactions ourselves. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will not be shared with any other organisations.
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Living Awareness Security Policy
Living Awareness uses the PayPal Gateway. It also uses the Stripe Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of merchants worldwide, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online transactions performed on this site using PayPal and the Stripe gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Living Awareness or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe’s data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 7-10 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at email@example.com
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via Active Campaign within 1 working day. Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This general refund & returns policy does not apply where we have given specific details of refunds or returns policy for specific events, programs, products or goods. This refund policy also does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
All products must be returned to their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Living Awareness will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
