Considerations in the establishing of a formal organisation framework/ structure to meet the organisation objectives:

To maximise tax advantages as a charitable organization in the conduct of Australian and International projects and activities in achieving organisational objectives

To provide clear guidelines and accountabilities governing the decision making process for the utilisation of donations and funds towards achieving organisational objectives, the management and running of the organisation

To comply with Australian and International legal and regulatory practices and laws in the conduct of organisational objectives

To manage voluntary staff and employ staff

To allow for organization growth and expansion from small scale local affairs to large scale global affairs

To allow the Founder to manage and give direction to the organization

Utilisation of Funds
Funds will be utilised in meeting the stated objectives of the organisation.
All administration and operating costs, salaries of employees, directors, trustees and officers, and expenses of the organisation will be covered by organisation funds.
In the event of the organisation being wound up any surplus funds will be distributed to appropriate charitable organisations.
